By using StatementConvert AU (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StatementConvert AU is a browser-based tool that converts bank statement text or PDFs into CSV, Excel, Xero-ready and MYOB-ready files. The tool runs locally in your browser.
The Service is a data-formatting utility. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, lending or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of converted data and for how you use the exported files.
We work hard to parse statements accurately, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. You must review converted output before relying on it. We are not liable for losses arising from errors in parsed data, including rejected imports or downstream consequences.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. In short: statement data is processed locally and never stored by us.
Paid features are sold by our Merchant of Record (currently Creem) under their checkout terms. Subscription fees recur until cancelled. Refunds are handled per applicable law and the payment provider's policies. You can cancel at any time from your payment provider account.
You may not: reverse-engineer the Service; use it to violate any law; or use it to process data you have no right to process.
We may suspend or terminate access to paid features for violation of these Terms or fraudulent use. Free local processing cannot be revoked (it runs on your device).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
