How it works

Built for Australian accountants, bookkeepers, mortgage brokers and small business owners who deal with bank statement PDFs every week.

1

Paste or upload

Copy text from your statement PDF, or upload the file — supported banks are auto-detected.

2

Review & fix

Transactions are parsed into an editable table. Fix any mis-parsed fields with a click.

3

Export

Download CSV, Excel, or Xero/MYOB-ready files with correct DD/MM/YYYY dates and signed amounts.

🔒 Privacy-first by design: parsing happens entirely in your browser. Your statement is never uploaded, never stored, never seen by us. This is also why we can't break your data — there's nothing for us to break.

✅ Balance-chain verified

Every transaction is cross-checked against the running balance (previous balance + amount = new balance). We don't just claim accuracy — we prove it, row by row.

✅ Totals reconciled

Parsed credits/debits are matched against the statement's own totals. Any mismatch is flagged and highlighted before you export.

✅ Editable & transparent

Everything lands in an editable table. If anything looks off, fix it in one click — no re-upload, no guesswork.

💳 Fair deal guarantee: if a statement fails to parse cleanly and you can't fix it in the editor, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

FAQ

Is my data really safe?
Yes. The converter runs 100% in your browser. Your statement PDF is processed locally and never sent to any server. You can even disconnect your internet after loading the page — it still works.
Which banks are supported?
Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, ANZ, NAB and ING are supported now, with more Australian banks in development. If your bank isn't listed, paste the text and the smart parser will still attempt to extract transactions.
Will the file import into Xero?
Xero-ready exports use DD/MM/YYYY dates and a single signed amount column (positive = money in, negative = money out), which matches Xero's bank statement CSV import requirements.
Do I need an account?
No account needed for the free tier. Just open the converter and go. Pro features require payment via a secure checkout but still no login required to use the tool.
What if a statement doesn't parse correctly?
The results are shown in an editable table — fix any field directly, then export. Accurate parsing is our priority; if you find a bank format we miss, contact us and we'll add a template for it.
