Bank statements are the most sensitive documents most people own. We built our product around never seeing them — and proving the accuracy of what we produce.
The difference: they ask you to trust that they delete your file. We never see it in the first place — there is nothing to delete, nothing to breach, nothing to leak. The parsing engine runs in JavaScript, right in your browser tab.
Australian statements include a running balance on every row. After parsing, we check each row:
We also match our parsed credits and debits against the statement's own totals. If the statement says "Total credits: $3,004.85" and we parsed $3,004.85, you see it confirmed. If not, it's flagged.
Our parser is benchmarked against CommBank, Westpac, ANZ, NAB and ING statement formats — including multi-line descriptions, footers and unusual layouts — with balance-chain verification passing on every tested statement. We don't publish a "99.9%" slogan; we show you the verification on your own file.
If a statement fails to parse cleanly and you can't fix it in the editable table, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. We'd rather lose one sale than have a client lose trust.
